There weren't many people on the streets of SoHo this afternoon, but the cold didn’t stop Brazilian beauty Tassara Vilaca from bundling up and heading outside. The Trump model hit the streets sporting a natural look in Maybelline concealer and Chanel blush.

For FNO I kept it local, staying downtown and checking out some of my favorite brands. My first stop was the Chanel boutique. Their manicure bar was already in full gear with a line down the sidewalk pretty early in the evening.
