The company boasts that their high-definition lengthening power lies in Phenomen’ s ability to extend and repair lashes while reducing drying time and my lashes were significantly lenghthier and fanned out.

After swiping it on last month my hairdresser complemented me on my eyelash curling technique. Seeing as I don’t even own an eyelash curler, this only reaffirmed what I already suspected—this stuff is a keeper. The small spherical brush helps define each lash with precision.  If you’re a clumpaphobe like myself, I recommend lightly blotting the brush the first few times before using it. This will help eliminate the extra mascara that attaches to the brush when the bottle is full.
